濟寧中都木業有兩條中密度生產線，年產2440*1220*8-25mm中高密度板80000立方。2003年投產的密度板生產線采用上海板機總廠的設備，M101熱磨機生產出的纖維細膩、均勻、顏色白。砂光設備采用蘇福馬8砂架砂光機，配成國產的密度板生產流水線。 Jining Zhongdu Wood Industry Co., Ltd. whose predecessor is Wenshang Medium-density fiber board factory is established in August 2003. We have two advanced MDF board production lines with an annual output of 80,000 cubic meters middle and high density fiber boards in 2440 * 1220 * 8-25mm. The fine fibers produced by M101 hot mil have features of fine quality, even the materials, high intensity, stable structure, smooth surface and beautiful luster. Su Fuma sanding equipment used sand 8 aircraft sanding machines, which had been a most advanced match-the-art MDF production line in home. The company has more than 30 senior technical staff, strong technical force, well-equipped testing and implementation of scientific management. In every six months’ detection of country , the products’ technical indicators were aways reached even exceeded the national standard each time, belonging green products ,which has been authorized ""Industrial Products License” by the national.
